Love Is In The Air.."FOR ALWAYS"....

Can I take the time to tell you how much I really, really like CTMH "For Always" paper pack? So elegant, enchanting and makes me think of love. Add The Happy Couple stamp set to the mix and you have the perfect combination.

I made the below cards with two different accent colors to show diversity in mixing it up. The wedding cake design concept came from the CTMH idea book. I used CTMH White Daisy Die-Cut Cards & Envelopes for the first time and love how easy it was to put these cards together. I used black and grey wool (retired) ink. I added sparkles flourishes for some flair.

This card was pretty simple. I stamped the three images in black and matted on Lagoon cardstock. I added a strip of black shimmer trim.

I hope you enjoyed these cards. If you are interested in the products featured you can shop here.

"Dream Pop" It's A Tag Affair...

A fellow CTMH consultant, Tricia Colon has a group on FB in which she had a April tag challenge. I just love challenges to get my creativity flowing. I played with my "Dream Pop" paper again loving all the bright colors which gets me mentally set on spring (hmmm not sure spring is quite here yet). Here are my fun tags...

I used the CTMH Art Philosophy cricut cart to cut out the tags. I used the Perfect Fit - Mom stamp set for the picture on the left and Happy Thoughts on the right. The silver shimmer trim was a great addition to each card. The flower on the right was also cut using AP. I cut in different sizes and bent the edges a bit. Such an easy technique giving you an amazingly cute flower. Last but not least I used the Baker's Twine Paradise Assortment to top off the tags.

Don't forget the Dream Pop paper packet will be available for $10 when you purchase $35 of CTMH products. Start getting your wish list together. May 1st will be here before you know it. You can take a look at CTMH products here.

"Just a Note to Brighten Your Day"

Can you say bright and cheery. This card literally brightened my day as I was making it. The hanging item concept came from Pinterest, Danielle Flander. Her card was a bit different and had hanging hearts. I used a yellow card base and strips of Chantilly paper along with the Perfect Fit - Mom stamp set. I used yellow and sky ink for the flowers and added a little bling to the center. You can use many different hanging items, colors, horizontal or vertical to make this card look different.

My Girls....

A fun layout I titled "MY Girls"...my beautiful princesses adorn this scrapbook page. I used CTMH "Dream Pop" paper to create. I had fun making the grey bow from the CTMH Artiste cricut cartridge. I also used Sightseer and Bugs & Hugs stamp set. Black and Juniper ink went well for stamping the sentiments. Lagoon bakers twine from the Paradise Assortment was used for the banner along with Slate Polka-Dot washi tape. The pendant shape was cut from the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge.

If you are interested in any of these products click the shop with me link on the right hand side of the page. Don't forget the "DREAM POP" paper will be available May 1-31st for $10 with your purchase of $35. Get your wish list together.

"Dream Pop" Fun

I had some fun Sunday creating some more cards using Dream Pop paper. This fun paper will be available for $10 with your purchase of $35 in CTMH products effective May 1st. You don't want to miss out on this action. Add this to your wish list!.
I used the CTMH Pun Fun stamp set for the sentiment and bee image. I colored the bee and popped it up with a pop dot.

I again used the Pun Fun stamp set, coloring the cupcake image and using a pop dot to give it some dimension.
Here is a close up of the dimension added using pop dots. I cut out this cute shape and overlay using the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge.
I saw this neat technique in the Cardmakers 100+ cards special publication. I liked it so much I tried it. I used CTMH Cotton Candy cardstock and Hollyhock ink. I cut the card out using the Art Philosophy cricut cart. I stamped the flowers using the Card Word Puzzle stamp and the sentiment using the Scrapbook Statements - Poets.
This is the view when the card is closed. I colored the stamped image using Spectrum Noir markers. I really like how it came out. A technique I will try again.

Thanks for stopping by!! Happy stamping and scrapping :-)

The Everything ABCs Blog Hop Featuring the Letter H

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!
For this hop we will be featuring the letter H. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their H element will be featured in their post.
If you have just hopped onto my blog, please start at the beginning at Amber's blog ~ Scrapper's Therapy
If you came from Theo~Celebrate Crafts then you're on the right track!
It took me awhile to figure out what my letter "H" would represent. I finally decided on "Honeycomb" and "Happy". I figured it would be fun to feature our "Honeycomb" stamp and incorporate the word "Happy" since we will soon be saying "Happy" Mothers and Fathers Day.
I put together some fun cards using a variety of CTMH products. One of my goals was to feature the new "Dream Pop" paper which will be available May 1st. If you purchase $35 worth of CTMH product you can add the "Dream Pop" paper for $10. A deal you don't want to miss out on!!!

This card was created using a white card base and the remaining paper I had from the For Always  card making kit. I added a strip of Black Shimmer Trim and stamped the sentiment in black using the Perfect Fit - Mom stamp. I cut out the shape the sentiment is stamped on using the Artiste cricut cartridge.
I cut the base of the card using White Daisy cardstock. I used the grey glossy textured Dream Pop paper as a matte. I added strips of paper across the matte. I stamped the "World's Greatest Dad" using the Perfect Fit - Dad using Lagoon and Grey Wool ink. I added some bling bling.

I again used the grey glossy textured paper from Dream Pop for the base. I used the Honeycomb stamp, stamping different images using black, midnight and grey wool ink. I also used the Artiste cricut cart to cut out the title "Happy Father's Day".
I used a white card base and added strips of the Dream Pop paper. If you take a closer look you will see the teal and orange paper has a glossy texture pattern on it. I stamped the "Mom" sentiment in Cotton Candy ink using the Perfect Fit-Mom stamp. I added some embellishments using retired CTMH ribbon as well as the pins from the For Always Assortment. I cut the circles out using the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge.

Thank you for stopping by. Don't forget to put the Dream Pop paper on your wish list. You won't be disappointed!!
