How did you create the red star burst type congratulations card with the layered white stars in the center. Was it with dies or just cut pieces?
ReplyDeleteSorry I just now say this. I created that card using Stamping Up Dies. It was two dies, the Sunburst Thinlits and the stars are from the Stars Framelits. I hope that helps!
