Laughing Lola Display Swap Fun

I participated in a display board swap. This will showcase all the new CTMH paper packets which will be available August 1st. I selected Laughing Lola because I love the colors. I was tasked with making seven sets of  2 page layouts, A2 size card, a 3-D item, 3x3 card and a swatch of each piece of paper available in the pack. I never made kits before but felt like I was. A new found appreciation for all those who make and sell them. It was time consuming but I love the finished product and hope the swappers enjoy as well.

Close up picture of the card, fry box and 3x3 card. I used a combination of the new Artbooking cart along with Art Philosophy. Can't get enough of these cricut carts.
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!!

Laughing Lola meets Artbooking

Today I created my first item using two new CTMH products coming soon...August 1st to be exact. The paper is Laughing Lola. I love the colors!! I also used the new CTMH Artbooking cart to make the overlay and matting area. You have got to love the sentiment "A touch of class and a lot of sass" from the new Perfectly Paisley stamp set. This is one of the cards I am submitting for a display board swap.

Now....for my project for this fun hop I created a scrapbook page using the CTMH Stella paper (retired) and the CTMH Art Philosophy and Artiste cricut cart. I just so happened to go to the Georgia Aquarium and I adore penguins so when I had the opportunity to use a swap cut from Scrappin Sista's Swap I quickly grabbed this adorable penguin!! The penguin cut was created by Crazyabout Cricut who used Stinkin Cute Designs in the Silhouette Store. You will have the opportunity to visit her blog as you hop through.
Here’s the line-up in case you get lost along the way.

Party Favor Fun

Happy 4th of July!! Today I worked on figuring out a good concept for party favors. My sorority sister is getting married and we are having a surprise BBQ for her. I used the Artiste cricut cart to do all the work. It so graciously cut out all the pieces for 30 favors. I have 29 more to complete by Saturday...let the challenge begin!!

Thank you for stopping by and Happy Crafting!!

Got Jellies???

While there is a piece of me that fears jelly fish there is also a piece of me that finds these creatures magnificent. The colors, movement in the water and how different they can look amazes me. This layout captures a few photos I captured at the jelly fish exhibit at the Georgia Aquarium.

I have to mention a sister consultant Shelly thought it was cool the bottom of the page looked liked tentacles of a jelly fish. I never notice but totally agree how cool is that. I actually covered a peacock but who would have known.
