The Everything ABC's Blog Hop ~ Featuring the Letter "C"


Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!
For this hop we will be featuring the letter C. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their C element will be featured in their post.

My representation for the Letter "C" is a "CARD" created using the "Card Chatter - Birthday Stamp" My inspiration for this card came from our new Spring/Summer 2013 Idea Book on page 94. There are several cool birthday cards and I really liked the card in the middle so I played around and made it my own using this fun stamp set and Dotty for You paper (SORRY this paper is no longer available).
The picture below shows the dimension using 3-D Foam Tape which gave the card a little flair. I did some random stamping with a little star stamp from Love Life using Cranberry and Pear Ink. Each green star was blinged out using the Pink Glitter Gems specifically the red bling. The CTMH Artiste cricut cart was used to cut the button as well as the word cloud. I stamped the pattern on the button using the Buttons, Bits & Bobs stamp and tied a piece of Smoothie Bakers Twine through it. I used the paper tear technique to decorate the inside of the card as well as stamped the sentiment.

    So i went through the hop. Only 3 other people had stuff to look at. SMDH! Loved Yours! Very detailed and the fact that you took the time to write all the descriptions of the embellisments you did helps too.

Unfortunately we experienced some issues with Blogger and it made it appear others had not posted their items but they did.       Hey Renee...thanks for visiting. I am getting better with sending out cards. I tend to send out more sympathy cards then the fun cards...hmmm I see this as an opportunity to make a change. I make all my cards but then I collect them in my card box and if I remember its someone's B-Day I will send one out. I would say approximately 3 hours a week crafting minimally but it really depends on my work week and family activities. Thank you for your sweet comment. CTMH has some wonderful products.
