Capturing Moments of a Cheer Leading Daughter

I ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY can't get enough of the new Artbooking cartridge. It's that time of the year. Children activities are under way. My daughter decided she wanted to cheer lead and she is enjoying every minute as I am enjoying taking pictures.

I went to the Artbooking cart knowing I could quickly make a layout. I love how both layouts turned out!!

I used White Daisy card stock for the base page and Outdoor Denim for the photo mats. The photos are surrounded by the cute photo mats on pg 74 using the Photo Mat 1 key. The "score" embellishment was cut out from pg 83 using the Title key. The pendant was cut from pg 77 using the Border key. I put card stock behind the opening of the pendant and bows on the photo mat. I did some random stamping using Outdoor Denim and Holiday Red Ink (retired)around the edges of the layout. I added a few cheer stickers I had in my stash as well as the stars that came from the negative space in the score title.
This layout took a matter of minutes to cut. The card stock used is Ruby, Colonial White and Outdoor Denim. I did some random stamping using white daisy ink along the edges. I cut a half overlay from page 83 using the Shift Lock > Overlay key. I added ruby card stock to the back of the overlay to make some of the stars pop. The photo mat was cut from pg 79 using the Photo Mat 1 key. I used 2 of the dimensional elements and stamped them using the Artbooking stamp set and another retired campaign stamp set for the inside blue arrow. I used Holiday Red Ink (retired) and Outdoor Denim on the arrows.

You too can have fun using Artbooking. I would love for you to shop with me!! Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!!
