Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!
For this hop we will be featuring the letter "H". This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their # element will be featured in their post.
If you have just hopped onto my blog, please start at the beginning at Linda's blog ~ Scrappy Therapy
My "H" stands for "Hello, Happy and Hey"..I created a few cute cards using the April Stamp of the month and the Free To Be Me paper packet.
This card was made using strips of card stock and vellum from the "Free To Be Me" paper pack. I used the scalloped border punch on the edges of the red paper. I stamped the balloon word bubble in sunset ink and gave it some dimension with the 3-D foam tape. I added one of my favorite embellishments...aqua dots.
This card is made with a strip of paper, the Lagoon houndstooth washi and teal shimmer trim. I stamped the "happy" sentiment in lagoon and black ink. Pretty simple and cute!!
This card is my favorite. I love how it came out. I again used the "Free To Be Me" paper. I added the zip strip and bronze shimmer trim. Another fun embellishment is the durable triangle studs. I stamped the "Hey There" sentiment in juniper ink. The butterfly is from the Bugs and Hugs stamp set. I stamped it in black ink and colored it in using the ink on the inside lid of the ink pad and a paint brush. I tried to make the colors go from dark to light using juniper and sunset ink.
