Pretty In Pink & Green

I had the pleasure of visiting Wooten's Scrapbook Co. while on a work trip to Ontario, Ca. How lucky could a gal get as she rode past a scrapbook store right around the corner from my hotel. I just had to check it out!!

The ladies in the store were FAB and super duper helpful. Since I already have so many scrapbook supplies I leisurely strolled not sure what I would get. I happened upon Julie Nutting stamps which I have heard of but never used. I saw two that caught my eye and I had to get them. I finally took the time to use the "Mindy" stamp. I absolutely love how this card came out.

Can you tell I am not skilled in coloring...ummm yep!! lol I will perfect what works for me at some point. With that said I used Copic markers to color this image. I stamped the image on White Daisy and Ivy Lane Green card stock. I also stamped the image on this pretty Ivy Lane paper. I did some paper piecing. I added the pieces I cut out which were the shoes, hair band and the dress. I added a few Pink Flamingo Dots to the dress and shoes to jazz it up.

Here is a closer look! Can you tell I love Pink & Green..hmmm wonder why?!?! I used my Martha Stewart butterfly punch to cut out the butterflies. I used Ivy Lane Green and Hollyhock card stock. I put a Bitty Sparkle in the center of the larger butterflies.

Here is another look at an Ivy Lane Complement sticker. I outlined the sticker using Icicle Stickels which gave it the WOW factor.

This sticker is from the Ivy Lane Complements. I used the Look To The Light stamp set for the sentiment which I stamped using black ink. The ribbon is retired CTMH. I used my CM bubble punch for the decorative edge.

Thank you for stopping by and Happy Crafting!! SHOP WITH ME...for your Ivy Lane paper which will be no longer available after July! Don't miss out!!
