Technique Junkies March 2024 New Stamp Release

There are several stamp sets I absolutely love in this release.  I am showcasing two of them, Flower Sweep and Faith Requires Trust.

I stamped both stamp sets in black ink on my mat which was cut out with a wonky stitches die. I colored the flowers using Spectrum Noir Tri Blend markers. I then took a circled shape of card stock and masked the center portion of the sentiment. I used a blending brush and CTMH Desert Sand ink to lightly blend around the mat including the flowers and circled card stock. Once I was finished I removed the circle and reveal the original color of the mat. This provided a nice highlight over the sentiment. 

How cool is this technique? Great way to mask off an area and apply ink. Looks like the sentiment is being highlighted. 

I fussy cut out the larger flower and popped it up with 3-D foam tape to add dimension to the flower.
